I provide 1 hour to multiple day group sessions and workshops that may have a focus on building mental skills in a group setting, or building high performance culture. These are the same types of sessions that I have used with Division I teams at Nebraska, UC Davis, and James Madison University to aid elite athletes in developing a performance edge and build culture. Sessions may involve physical activities, education, assessment, and guided conversation. I am able to provide sessions in-person and via Zoom. Some examples of sessions provided: - Structured, challenging activities that improve communication and frustration management. - Education and dialogue on characteristics of high-performing cultures and exploring ways for current group to improve current culture. - Applied demonstration of biofeedback training to improve ability to manage performance anxiety and pressure. - Providing examples of ways to make quicker adjustments within your specific sport or performance domain. - Debriefing after adverse incident. - Sleep education for optimal recovery. - Composure and concentration training. - How to recover from setbacks, develop consistency, and mental toughness. - Answer questions related to mental performance. - Provide education on ways to improve preparation for college athletics. - And many more!
